This kinda helped. I’m 14 and wanted to die but this video made me realize that I need to try and try to get that off my mind even if the house hold I’m in isn’t the best I can make it out alive and live

I never really talked to anyone about my feelings and I think this is a safe space so fuck it here we go, feel free to skip this. I became involved with gangs at a young age, I started off just hanging out and committing petty crimes, but it eventually turned into more serious crimes. I started robbing when I was 15 and was by that time fully involved. I almost always kept some type of weapon on me and was constantly paranoid that something would happen. When I was 17 I was shot three times, once in the foot, once in the lower abdomen and the last bullet hit me in the back of the head. And that only fueled my paranoia. I've served a total of eight months in jail and I am convicted of several crimes, most of them petty crimes. I've seen friends and other people alike pass away. I managed to get out of committing crimes by getting a job by age 21. However, I'm still paranoid, I'm still reliving things in my head that have happened, and I'm now sad for the better part of the day. In October 2022 I was diagnosed with PTSD and depression, and it's something I'll have to learn how to live with. The words you said about still breathing and still being here is a miracle hit really close to home, and it feels like I am seen for the first time in a long time, and I appreciate you for that. Thank you.

before i watched this i was really sad like damn sad, during the whole video i was crying, after i watched it and almost drown myself, it got a bit better and i feel better by every minute i hope it will stay that way if you are reading this don't give up stay strong and stay safe
